Processors and other recipients
- Vercel hosts the site and serverless functions, may process technical request data and provides the anonymous, aggregated Web Analytics described above.
- Google provides Google Analytics 4 for the optional analytics described above. Google states that it acts as a processor for Google Analytics under its data processing terms.
- Lyceum Technology Germany GmbH processes assistant prompts and replies in European data centres under JE Advisory's data processing agreement. The assistant currently uses the GLM 5.3 Flash model through Lyceum.
- Cal.com receives booking information only after you follow the external booking link and submit details there. No Cal.com embed loads on joelevert.com.
- Professional advisers, service providers or public authorities may receive information where necessary for accounting, legal claims, security or a legal obligation.
International transfers
Cal.com states that booking information may be processed in the United States. Assistant prompts and replies are processed by Lyceum in European data centres. JE Advisory has a data processing agreement with Lyceum, and Lyceum states that inference prompts and outputs are not retained after processing or used for model training. If you accept Google Analytics 4, Google may process the analytics data internationally; Google’s data processing terms include information about transfers for Google Analytics.

Retention
Enquiries and booking correspondence are kept only while needed to respond, evaluate or manage the relationship, protect the service, or establish or defend claims, then deleted or anonymised. The website application does not retain assistant transcripts. Lyceum states that inference prompts and replies are not retained after processing. Google Analytics 4 user-level and event-level data are configured for two months, without resetting that period on new activity; Google explains that standard aggregated reports may be retained longer. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant contract, delivery, invoice and transaction records are retained for the engagement and afterward for the periods required by applicable bookkeeping, tax and limitation rules.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Danish supervisory authority, Datatilsynet. Datatilsynet recommends contacting the controller first where possible.
